Des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication pour la Santé et l’Autonomie

Information and Communications Technologies, bearing civic and frienship bonds, services and accessibility, are a hope for the people concerned about their health. They are also a source of economic development, job creation and export.

The French ministry of economy, finance and industry, the  French ministry of labour, employement and health, and the Telecom Foundation, published a methodological guide which is addressed to the elected officials, to industry and  services companies representatives, the medical and social work departments of the local authorities, to the persons in charge of national and regional public agencies in charge of the medico-social sector.

This guide was worked out by a multidisciplinary work group, directed by Robert Picard, with the collaboration of Antoine Vial and Thomas Houy, and participation of doctors, persons in charge of the médicosocial sector, representatives of elected officials, researchers and companies in particular of the Telecom Institute and TelecomFoundation .
